- Log into Darwin as usual here: https://login.accounttech.com/vpn/index.html
- You will see a new screen. This is the MFA screen. Locate the drop-down box that is labeled Device: and select your name. The number should be the same as your office line.
- If you do not see your name for any of the numbers listed, please contact the IT helpdesk for assistance!
- If the number next to your name is not your office number, but is your cell phone instead, your MFA has been provisioned to use the Duo Mobile app - please refer to the setup links below and select the link for your type of cell phone:

- When your name is selected in the Device: box, you will then have to authenticate your account. Do this by clicking the green Call Me
- Your office line should begin ringing. Pick up the call, and an automated voice will greet you, telling you to press any number on your phone if you want to approve the login request. You may press any number for this approval, and once done, the voice will thank you and your sign-in will complete itself.
- You are done and should be logged into Citrix! This login process will be required every time you login to AccountTECH Citrix before you open Darwin. If you encounter any errors logging in with MFA, please contact our helpdesk for assistance.
