O365 - Logging into Affiliated Connection or an Affiliated mailbox (via a web browser) – Century 21 Affiliated: Help Desk

(Typically) If you are new agent with Affiliated, please look for message in your personal email for message from noreply@c21affiiliated.com with the subject "Century 21 Affiliated Credentials" - one of the password links in that message will redirect you to your new username and password.

Go to the appropriate website:
- For Affiliated Connection, go to affiliatedconnection.com
- For Affiliated mailbox, go to outlook.office365.com
- Effective 01/01/2025, new agents will not have access to their Affiliated mailbox. Any email sent to that mailbox will be auto forwarded to the personal email listed on their partnership paperwork. If a new agent wants to use their Affiliated mailbox instead of forwarding, they will need to contact helpdesk@c21affiliated.com to request access to it.
Enter your affiliated email address, then click Next. You’ll also get this same sign-in screen if you are adding your Affiliated mailbox for the first time to the Outlook Mobile app or Outlook desktop app. *NOTE* Agent email usernames are typically in firstname.lastname@c21affiliated.com format but please contact our helpdesk if you are not sure of your username. If presented with the following prompted, select the "Work or School account" option
Enter the password provided to you by the helpdesk and click “Sign in”
Effective 01/01/2025, MFA is required on all Affiliated O365 logins. If this is your first time logging, you'll be prompted to setup MFA. (CLICK HERE FOR SETUP INFORMATION)
You’ll now need to provide that same password again for first line (current password), then setup a new password for yourself and confirm that password for next two lines before clicking "Sign in". *Please create a strong password at this time - at minimum this should be 10 characters long, using a mix of the following: upper characters, lower characters, numbers, special characters.
When you’ve finished setting up your new password and security profile, you'll be redirected this screen.
- Click “Yes” if you want to stay signed into your email on this device; click “No” if do not want to stay signed in
