Please read the information below. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the IT Helpdesk. If you are an employee of Century 21 Affiliated, you are required to purchase laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations through us.  The C21 Affiliated IT department does not purchase personal computers or their peripherals for agents.

Guidelines:

Cost: Please be aware that the costs listed are an estimate. Computer hardware costs are constantly fluctuating; therefore, we cannot provide an exact cost until the hardware is ready to be purchased. After your hardware is requested, we will submit the request to our vendor to get an accurate quote. We won't purchase it until you agree to the cost.

Specifications: We may need to alter the specs of your computer in order to get it in a timely manner, or to keep costs as low as possible. If any significant changes need to be made, we will discuss it with you first.

Delivery Time: All computers will have varying lead times depending on availability and build time. Our partners will provide us with an estimated ship date. Shipping times can range from a few days to a month. All computers must ship to Central Services so we can build it, then we will ship it out to your office. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate as to when you will receive your computer.

Warranty: All laptops and desktops purchased (excluding Mini-PCs) will be purchased with an extended warranty. The warranty includes onsite repairs for your laptop or desktop. Accidental damage is not included. If you plan on connecting the laptop to multiple monitors, a docking station will need to be purchased. The docking station will allow you to connect all of your devices to your laptop.

Admin / Agent Windows Desktop:

This is a cost-effective desktop that will allow your admin or agent to perform their tasks with minimal slowdowns.  It has plenty of ports for all your devices and will come with Windows 11 preinstalled. A wired keyboard and mouse are included.

Premium Admin / Agent All-In-One Windows Desktop:

This is a premium all-in-one desktop that will allow your admin or agent to perform their tasks with minimal slowdowns while conserving desk real estate. It has a 24" monitor built-in, which is big enough for multitasking while being small enough for most desks. It has plenty of ports for all your devices, a built-in Webcam, and will come with Windows 11 preinstalled. A wireless keyboard and mouse are included.

Fan-less Mini Windows PC:

This PC is only intended to be used as a conference room PC or minimal use agent PC. It is small enough that it can be mounted behind a TV or computer monitor.  This will NOT work as an admin PC. This device will allow you to run simple presentations on it, basic web browsing, and print documents, but won’t be powerful enough to do much else. This device is only expected to last a few of years and does not come with any warranty.

15" Employee Windows Laptop (w/ Number Pad):

This laptop comes is the recommended option for our Team Leaders and Employees. It has enough power to complete your daily tasks with minimal slowdowns. It comes with a number pad, which is ideal for someone who does a lot of number crunching. It has an Ethernet port, 3 USB ports, 1 USB Type C port, 1 headphone jack, 1 HDMI port, and a port to power and charge it. If you plan on connecting this to more than 1 external monitor, a docking station will be required. Please note laptops are not available for admins to use unless approved in advance by C21 Affiliated Human Resources. If an admin needs a new computer, please select one of the desktops.

Laptop Docking Station:

This will give your laptop the ability to be docked and used like a desktop. This is required to use multiple monitors with the laptops in this catalog.

24" Monitor:

This monitor provides a 24"-inch display with minimal bezels. This monitor is compatible with our docking station, laptops, and desktops. It has a built in USB hub that can be connected to your docking station or laptop to give you more USB ports.
