Open the message, then click on the 3 dots in your menu area. You should see the option “Report Junk”; click on this and you will be presented with two reporting options: Junk, Phishing
Report the message and it will be handled one of two ways (see below):
“Junk” – reporting a junk message will report the message to Microsoft and automatically move the message to your Junk folder in outlook. The Junk Folder’s default retention policy is to remove messages that are 30 days old.
“Phishing” – reporting a phishing message will report the message to Microsoft and automatically move the message to your deleted items folder in outlook. The deleted Items folder has no retention policy; any messages in this folder will remain there unless you permanently remove them.
