Outlook - How to whitelist an email address in Outlook (desktop version)

Under the Home tab, click on “Junk” 

Select “Junk E-mail Options”

In the popup window, click on the “Safe Senders” tab

Click the Add button, then Either:

• enter the domain (eg. mandrillapp.com) you wish to whitelist OR

• enter the email address (eg. helpdesk@c21affiliated.com) you wish to whitelist

Click OK, and click OK
