Outlook - How to whitelist an email address in Outlook (web version)

Log into your Affiliated email at outlook.office365.com

In your mailbox, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner

Select “View all Outlook settings” from the bottom of this menu

Under Mail settings, select Junk email 

Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “+ Add”, then Either:

• enter the domain (eg. mandrillapp.com) you wish to whitelist and press the Enter key on your keyboard OR
• enter the email address (eg. helpdesk@c21affiliated.com) you wish to whitelist and press the Enter key on your keyboard
