The Time Frame is a weekly schedule that determines when the office is open or closed. If your office hours change, or if it will be closed due to an office holiday or weather, the schedule can be modified to reflect this. It is not necessary to adjust for company-wide holidays as these are pre-programmed into the system.
There also might be a need for an another office to answer your phones and this will be that area.
Follow these steps after logging into PureEdge Account Manager
- Go to the Services Tab on the top ribbon
- Click Time Frame on the left
- You will have access to all the offices, so if another office calls because their internet is down you can access their Time Frame to change where the phone rings. You can search for the office in the search bar and click the edit button
To change where the phone rings during office hours
- In the section During hours forward calls to you can do the following

- To change to another office, keep group and select the office you want to change it to
- To change it to an external number, use the drop down and select external number and put in the cell phone number (PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DO A EXTERNAL NUMBER YOU WILL NOT KNOW THAT IT IS COMING FROM THE MAIN NUMBER WHEN IT CALLS THE EXTERNAL NUMBER.)
