Change Dial Buttons
Log on to PureEdge at https://login.mynexline.com/ucc/home

- Go to Services
- Auto Attendant
- Search for your office (remember you have access to all the offices)
- Once inside the Auto Attendant, scroll down to button configuration
- Here is where you can change button (1) to Managing Broker (Team Leader) and (2) Agent On Call
- Make sure not to change Button 0, *, # or Timeout as it will cause issues with your Auto Attendant
Record A Voicemail Greeting
Still in Auto Attendant
- Scroll to the ANNOUNCEMENT
- section Make sure RECORD VIA PHONE is selected
- Follow the instructions in the blue text box.
