Make sure you have a user name and password to log in.
You can use your laptop speaker and mic or plug into the laptop with your headset you use for your cell phone. If your laptop has bluetooth you can also use bluetooth headset. Reach out to the Helpdesk if you need help setting up the bluetooth.

Your screen should looks like this:
On the Right hand side you should see who is logged into the system and a way to dial by name or extension. Note, you may not find everyone in the Extension list, but that doesn't mean they don't have an extension.
To place a call:
On the top corner there is square and one dot if you click will give you the dialer OR you can click Start a call and it will open up the dialer.
Enter the phone number, remember to put in the area code, so put in 6081231234
Answering a Call
Click the phone icon when a call is coming in to answer the call
Transfer a Call
Click the Phone icon the with the arrow going left to transfer a call
You will want to click Transfer so you do a blind transfer
This screen will appear where you can either enter their extension or phone number. **If you are enter a phone number please remember 1 plus Area Code
