Connecting to the Michigan copiers

The C21 Affiliated Helpdesk has gone through much effort to make it easy for Agents and Employees to access the office copiers.

• For Windows/PC users, we created an installer program that requires only a few clicks from an end user to get them connected to the office copier.
• For MacBook users, we've enabled Air Print on multiple office copiers to make it easier connect and print with no need to contact the helpdesk or ask your office admin for assistance.
• For Chromebook users, if Air Print is enabled on the copier and your device is connected to the office Wi-Fi, you should be able to connect to the printer easily without needing to contact the helpdesk.
• For Smart Phone/iPad users, if Air Print is enabled on the copier and your device is connected to the office Wi-Fi, you should be able to send print jobs directly to the office printer from your smart phone.

Below is a list of our Affiliated offices that we have copier contracts with via our providers.  Next to each office are the available printing options.
