Windows/PC - How to connect to our copiers

*ATTENTION* if you experience issues downloading and/or installing the office copier using the instructions below, please see this article for assistance:  HELP! I cannot install the office printer on my Windows PC! – Century 21 Affiliated: Help Desk (c21affiliated.com)

Downloading and running the Installer:

1. Locate your office in the list below
2. Click on the link next to your office; a new tab will open in your web browser
   • If you experience issues accessing the download page, try right-clicking on the link and opening it in InPrivate/Incognito mode.
3. Click on the Download button to download the zip file to your PC
   • If you experience issues downloading the file in Chrome , please try Microsoft Edge or another browser.
4. Then go to your PC's Downloads folder to locate the downloaded file.  This is done by clicking on your browser's download icon , then click folder icon .
   • Alternatively, you can open File Explorer , then open your Downloads folder
5. Right click on the file, select "Extract All...", then click on the "Extract" button in the popup (do not change any of the presets).
6. Double-click on the extracted file.
7. If you receive a SmartScreen warning like one shown below,
   • click the "More info" link...
   • ...then click the  button when it appears.
8. You'll then receive a User Account Control prompt - this is normal; click "Yes" to continue.
9. A console window will appear on your screen advising you that the necessary files are downloading and installing the office printer on your PC (*NOTE* Please be patient!  The installation is fairly quick but can sometimes take 1-3 minutes to complete depending on your internet connection, your device hardware, and the number printers being installed.)
10. Once the printer(s) have been installed, you'll receive a confirmation box letting you know the install has completed - Click OK to close the box and the console window.
