- Open your Outlook Mobile app on your phone.
- click on your inbox icon.
- click on the settings icon.
- Under "Mail accounts" click on outlook account you want modify for Out of Office
- Click on Automatic replies.
- Toggle "Automatic replies."
- You can configure different automatic replies for senders inside and outside the organization. You can also choose to send Automatic Replies indefinitely, or during a specific time frame.
- Enter your Automatic Reply messages, then click on the check mark icon to save your changes.
