- Access your account at outlook.office365.com
- Click on the settings icon in the upper right of Outlook
- Under Mail settings, click on "Automatic replies."
- Toggle "Turn on automatic replies."
- You can configure different automatic replies for senders inside or outside the organization. You can also choose to send Automatic Replies indefinitely, or during a specific time frame.
- Enter your Automatic Reply messages, then click "Save."
