The C21 Affiliated helpdesk does not maintain or share Deposit Edge login information - If you do not know your security profile setup (profile picture, security phrase, and Q & A) or it has not been saved in LastPass, you should click on "Click here" link next “Forgotten the answers to your Challenge Questions?” on the login verification page; this will lock the account so the helpdesk will need to be told when this is done so they can unlock the account.

- After the unlock, you should be able to login to Deposit Edge and setup a new profile. (FYI LastPass will keep asking to save your login information while you are setting up a new profile - ignore those prompts).
- We recommend recording your Q & A information in a LastPass Secure Note (see "How & Why to make a secure note in LastPass"))
- When the profile has been configured, it should look similar to the screen shot below; provide the temporary password you received from the helpdesk before continuing to the password change screen and follow the IMPORTANT directions from step 5 of the "How to reset your office BMO Deposit Edge password" guide.
