Outlook/Affiliated Connection - "That didn't work" error or unable to reach the login page

PROBLEM:

Agent email login is frequent problem with some new agents because they are already signed into another O365 account when they try to login.  The account they are already signed into tends to be an email account from an O365 reseller (such as GoDaddy) or it can also be a personal outlook.com or hotmail.com account.  

• If the agent is signed into this personal email from their computer's web browser, 
• and they try to go to outlook portal (https://outlook.office365.com) to login into Affiliated email, 
• the page will automatically redirect them to their personal O365 mailbox instead because that's what they are already signed into.

Related to this, the other problem new agents frequently encounter is signing into affiliatedconnection.com - this website uses their Affiliated email for login too, and when they try to reach this page while logged into their personal O365 (or they try other email credentials like Gmail), they'll get an error page similar to the image below:

SOLUTION:  The agent must navigate the menu options and "sign in with a different account"

Affiliated Connection solution:

• When presented with the "That didn't work" screen (as shown above), click on the link that says, "Click here to sign in with a different account to this site".
• The web page will automatically redirect to the outlook login page and the agent can proceed to login with their Affiliated email and password.
• If the agent does not know their affiliated email and password, they should contact the helpdesk so we can send them their login information (​​​​​​​helpdesk@c21affiliated.com OR call ​​​​​​​608-640-3011).

Affiliated email solution:

• From their personal O365 mailbox, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of outlook, then click on "Sign in with a different account".
• 
• The web page will redirect a "Pick an account" screen,
• 
• click on "Use another account" option, then proceed to login with your Affiliated email and password.
• If the agent does not know their affiliated email and password, they should contact the helpdesk so we can send them their login information (​​​​​​​helpdesk@c21affiliated.com OR call ​​​​​​​608-640-3011).
