When logged into Paycom, we do not directly have the ability to change our associated email address. If your email is still a .co address, HR will need to be contacted to update it.
To confirm which email address you have, log into Paycom, and click the person icon in the top right corner. It will then tell you your name, phone number, and the associated email address on your account. This icon is highlighted with a square below.
Should your email be an out of date .co address, please do the following:
1.) Email HR@c21affiliated.com letting them know your Paycom email is incorrect. Give them the .co address, and then give them the .com address that it is supposed to be changed to.
2.) Coordinate with HR until the address is updated successfully.
