iPhone mail app: How to add your Affiliated email

*****This guide will show you how to add your affiliated email to the iPhone mail app. However, the C21 Affiliated Helpdesk does not officially support this configuration and is not responsible for any loss of mail functionality or app functionality.*****

1. Find the Settings app on your iPhone.

     2. Scroll down and find Mail. Tap this to enter the menu.

     3. Tap "Accounts".

     4. In the Accounts menu, tap "Add Account".

     5.  Tap "Microsoft Exchange".

6. Type in your c21 email address, and press "next". (description does not matter, it can be set to anything)

     7.  A pop-up will appear, tap "Sign In". (Configure Manually will not work)

     8. The Microsoft sign-in page will appear. Enter your C21 email password and tap Sign In.

9. After successfully entering your password and signing in, you will have one final screen to confirm what C21 entries you want added to your phone. If you would like just mail, uncheck the other options. Keeping things such as Calendar enabled will update your iPhone calendar with events tied to your work email. Once your decision is made, tap Save in the top right corner.

10. Your C21 email should now be added to your iPhone and syncing your work emails! If this ever needs to be removed, you may do so from Settings -> Mail -> Accounts -> Exchange, and then tapping "Delete Account".
