How to access your voicemail mailbox:
- Dial *[mailbox number] from a Polycom or Yealink phone, or the PureEdge web portal. This will not work on a cell phone or outside our VOIP system.
- For example, if my mailbox number is 1000, I would dial *1000
- Typically your mailbox number will be the same as your extension number. If you do not know your extension, contact the IT Helpdesk and we will look it up for you.
- If you have your password/pin reset by the IT Helpdesk, you will be prompted to change it right away after you access your voicemail. If you try setting your new pin as the same number as the temporary pin IT gave you, it will ask you to update it every time you access your voicemail!
