If you have access to Office 365 license (like our Century 21 Affiliated staff does), then you’ll have access to O365 desktop apps. This guide will show where you can add an email signature for the Outlook desktop app, for either a Windows or Macintosh computer.
- Looking for instructions on how to set a signature in Outlook Web or the Outlook Mobile app? Please see this article for assistance: Outlook - How to add an email signature to the Outlook Web and Mobile apps – Century 21 Affiliated: Help Desk (c21affiliated.com)

*NOTE* C21 Affiliated agent email does not have the necessary licensing to activate O365 desktop apps!
