If you are an affiliated agent and choose to use your affiliated email for your brand, this guide will show you where you can add an email signature for the Outlook Web & Outlook mobile apps.

NOTE - To use Outlook Mobile, you'll need to install the app on your mobile phone:

1. Log into your affiliated email via your computer's web browser - please follow the links below for instructions on how to log into your agent email:

2. Once logged into your mailbox, click on the gear con in the upper right corner of your screen. |
2. Click on the icon to the left of Inbox. |
3. In the search box, type the word "Email", then click on "Email Signature." |
3. In the bottom left corner, click on the gear icon. |
4. From here you'll be able to name and create a signature using the provided tool bar OR copy and paste a signature you made previously into the signature window. |
4. Scroll through the settings menu and select Signature. |
5. Don't forget to set your defaults to apply the signature to New Messages & Replies/Forwards and explore the other Compose and Reply options that are available to you. |
5. The signature box will open, and you create OR copy and paste your signature here *NOTE* The Apple version of the app supports images/photos in the signature, the Android version does not. |
